President's Message
Barbara Francis
Hi, my name is Barabara Francis and It is my great honor to accept the responsibility as President of the Honor H.E.R. Foundation. I am a veteran of the United States Navy and retired after 20 years of service. I have served on the Board of Directors of the H.E.R Foundation since its inception in 2016.
The Board of Directors were hand chosen by our beloved founder, the late Nancy Bullock-Prevot. We are whom she affectionately called her “Village." We understood that it would take all of us to help her achieve her goals.

The H.E.R. Foundation has an exceptional bounty of opportunities found in the strengths of our board, volunteers and supporters and the unique purpose of the board is to build results. I believe that we have the vision of what we are capable of continuing as a non-profit organization and my goal as board president is to keep us loyal to that vision. We will provide shelter, outreach assistance, education and job assistance to our sisters in need.

Our desire is to continue providing shelter and restore hope, honor, and dignity in every female veteran who seeks comfort, support, and assistance through our programs.
I am incredibly grateful to be associated with the H.E.R. Foundation and excited about this journey. The best of the H.E.R. Foundation is yet to come
